The Church of the Nazarene has no greater mission than reaching those who do not yet know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and then helping them become Christ-like disciples. In obedience to this, the Global Ministry Center has affected internal changes to align the denomination more clearly with this single-mission focus.
Strategic restructuring has resulted in a new Global Mission entity that taps into all functions of the former World Mission Department. A fresh focus on partnership and collaboration will also help equip Nazarene churches to support mission at community, district, regional and international levels.
